Connect a server
Collector configuration
On the server, in /etc/phpray/collector.toml:

Restart the collector
systemctl restart phpray-collector. The local dashboard header changes to “Cloud connected” and the site appears in the console within a minute.
What leaves the server: per-minute aggregates and a sample of traces (URI, timings, SQL fingerprints with literals removed, plugin names). Never request bodies, cookies or sessions. Date stored in the EU (Opole). Privacy policy
Fleet view
All sites with requests, p95, error rate and DB share. Sort by what hurts.
Before / after
Pick two time windows and see which URIs and which plugins got slower, per request.
Profile from the browser
Turn on per-function profiling for one URL for ten minutes. No SSH, no PHP restart.
